At Top Shades we strongly emphasize customer satisfaction. That is why we offer you a warranty to meet your expectations. We cover breakage due to faulty assembly and breakage that might occur during shipping. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Exchange policy

Since we greatly care about your satisfaction, we offer to exchange the sunglasses that do not meet your expectations. For any exchange, we require that the sunglasses are shipped back in their original packaging, including the case and the microfiber cleaning clothe and we also require a copy of your original receipt . All products must be returned in their original condition, that is to say without any signs of wear. The exchange will be made within 3 business days following the return of the sunglasses. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
